Desktop Client

New Features

  • A new eForms system Category has been added to the Category list which may be enabled within the Server Configuration settings.

  • The Load In Native Application option within the Document Viewer Tools now supports opening an eForm within the eForm Designer for modifications. The eForm Designer will display the latest eForm from the server using the FormID index in the eForms system Category.

Enhancements

  • Only one click is now required to enable a document checklist on a folder.

  • Double-clicking an eForm document will now open the eForm within a browser, and the eForm URL will be available as an index within the eForms Category.

  • A button has been added within the Select Setup Type window of the DocRecord Setup Wizard for each component option which allows the specification of the installation folder path.

  • The DocRecord Setup Wizard will no longer attempt to install prerequisites. Prerequisites are now installed by sub-setup processes.

  • The Ok button and Cancel button within the View Category window have been consolidated into a single button which performs the same function of exiting the View Category window.

  • The Annotations tab will no longer automatically switch to the Document Navigation tab after an annotation has been used.

  • When editing a Query and selecting the prompt user option, the textbox will now become grey and no longer editable.

  • When a Query is selected, Category options will now be disabled until the Query window is exited, and when a Category is selected, Query options will now be disabled until the Category window is exited.

  • Move Up, Move Down, and Duplicate buttons have been added to the Table Field Editor window.

  • Select All and Clear All buttons have been added to the Portfolio Forms window.

  • The MFP General Search Query description has been changed to MFP Document Security.

Fixes

  • An issue has been fixed where the Duplication Policy was not applying during batch processing.

  • An issue has been fixed where the Duplication Policy would not trigger when updating the document index value with a value which already exists.

Enhancements

  • Submissions under the History tab are now view-only.

  • The Allow Drafts setting is now disabled by default within the eForm Designer. When the Allow Drafts setting is disabled, the save button is disabled within the eForm and the user will not be prompted to save the eForm when closing the eForm.

Fixes

  • An issue has been fixed where the Save Draft button within an eForm would throw a null reference exception error when one or more columns of a Repeating Element tool did not contain a tool.

eForm Designer

New Features

  • An Add To DocRecord check box has been added to the Behavior Settings within the Form Tab which allows an eForm to be uploaded to DocRecord with populated index values when enabled.

  • The Allow Drafts setting is now disabled by default. When the Allow Drafts setting is disabled, the save button is disabled within the eForm and the user will not be prompted to save the eForm when closing the eForm.

  • The Upload Files tool can now be set as a required field within an eForm.

  • The Auto Populate Button tool now contains ODBC support.

  • A Rich Text Font tool has been added to the Static Control list.

  • A Line tool has been added to the Static Control list.

  • A Box tool has been added to the Layout Control list.

  • A Circle tool has been added to the Layout Control list.

  • Dynamic Roles have been removed from all Action Task sections.

  • The ODBC Write Action default mode has been changed from Update to Insert.
