General DocRecord Enhancements

DocRecord Server Manager Enhancements

  • Desktop client now checks twice at the end of installation to see if explorer.exe is running and tries different methods of restarting it on each check. [DRDT-126]

DocRecord eForm Client Enhancements

  • Text input validator has been updated to check for correct syntax and formatting for email addresses, and U.S. phone numbers, social security numbers, and Zip codes. [DREF-27], [DREF-29], [DREF-30], [DREF-31]

Web Client Enhancements

  • Added oAuth email support for DocRecord in Office 365 Exchange. [DRW-37]

  • A user must now enter a valid email address when creating a new Web Client user account. [DRW-33]

  • Updated the Global Configuration screen. [DRW-39]

  • Updated messaging in Web Client to display messages based on user security. [DRW-40]

  • Enhanced the Home Page left panel to add a Category Filter. [DRW-20]

  • Enhanced the Duplication Policies in both Web Client and Desktop Client that determine what to do with duplicate documents: (append or add to a file list): [DRDT-11], [DRDW-11], [DRW-17], [DRW-2963]

    • "Append Document" policy is now "Add to File List"- Contents will be added to the existing file list of the original document.

    • "Append File" policy is now "Append to Existing Document" policy - Contents are merged to the first file of the original document if it is a PDF. If it is a Word document, it will add the document to the file list.

    • "Append File & Create New Version" policy is now the "Append to Existing Document & Create New Version" - Contents are first merged to the original document and the new multi-page resulting document is saved as the name specified.

DocRecord Workflow Designer Enhancements

  • Replaced Workflow Logging with Prism.Lib.Logging [DRWF-11]

  • Added oAuth email support for Workflow Designer. [DRWF-15]
