Desktop Client

Enhancements

  • Documents may be added and moved into the Root folder.
  • A warning message will appear when a document contains duplicate index fields or keyword values. A message will also display when index fields are affected by a duplication policy.
  • Keyword Search will now highlight search results found within multiple files in the File List.

Fixes

  • Users may edit the Window Security configuration settings within the Root and Awaiting Commit folders.
  • Users may create a copy of a Category that contains an auto-populate configuration.
  • Batch printing will now print documents in the order they were selected.
  • Thumbnails will generate for newly added documents.
  • Click indexing and extracting text will now apply to documents in the PDF and TIF formats.
  • Toggling Workflow Documents within the View Tab will no longer cause a Dock Manager error.
  • Editing a Category multiple instances in a row will no longer cause a Ribbon rendering error.
  • Keyword searches now apply to documents that have been merged from the Awaiting Commit folder to an existing document within DocRecord using a Duplication Policy.
  • Documents within the Awaiting Commit folder that are committed by selecting the 'Commit' right-click menu option will first check for Required Fields and apply any Duplication Policies before the documents are committed.

Web Client

New Features

  • MFPs may be imported into the Web Client using image transfer log files.

Enhancements

  • Documents may be added and moved into the Root folder.

Fixes

  •  Query searches return the same search results as the Desktop Client when the same search parameters are provided.

MFP Document Security

New Features

  • MFPs may be imported into the Web Client using image transfer log files.

Enhancements

  • A DOCLINK token which will generate a link to the associated document has been added to the list of available tokens.

Server Manager

New Features

  • Users may perform batch document processing by configuring batch processing settings within the Configure Server window.
  • Users may import MFPs by using image transfer log files.

Enhancements

  • Batch import to an Unassigned Category is now supported.

Fixes

  • Documents are now removed from the server and disk along with the associated database reference when a Category retention policy is set to purge documents.
  • User profiles that are deleted from the User Accounts Manager Tab are permanently deleted.
  • New documents will now display thumbnails.

eForm Manager

Fixes

  • An error will no longer appear within the browser when an eform containing Page Mapping has been uploaded from the eForm Designer to the eForm Manager.

eForm Designer

Fixes

  • Checking the 'Continue From Draft' option within the eForm Designer will no longer cause eforms within the eForm Manager to pend within the browser indefinitely.
  • Opening the Enter Data window with a Repeating Element that does not contain another control within every column will no longer cause an error to occur.
  • The Page Mapper will no longer exclude the page set as the Confirmation Page within the Page Mapping window.
  • Page Mapping rules may be deleted from the Page Mapping Editor regardless of whether the cursor is placed inside the first or second Rules field prior to selecting the Delete Rule button.
  • Deleting a Data Destination from the backview will no longer cause an error message to appear.

Workflow Designer

New Features

  • A new repository has been added for synchronization between DocRecord and Workflow Designer.

Enhancements

  • A Cases Tab has been added to the Additional Settings Menu that allows you to view all workflows that are currently pending user Actions or are currently processing a document.
  • When a workflow containing a document that has been deleted remains open in the designer, the workflow will enter an aborted state and all the associated queue items are deleted.
  • Several Functions have been added to the Expression Editor which access data from the Tables within the Resources List.
  • DocRecord updates to the DocRecord document table take priority over Workflow Services updates to the DocRecord document table.
  • Workflow files now contain encrypted passwords.
  • An error message will now appear when the Document Service is off and a workflow is unable to retrieve DocRecord Roles.

Fixes

  • After running an Approval Action within Workflow Designer and selecting the 'Approval' or 'Reject' option within Desktop Client, a pop-up dialog will trigger and the eform will open in a separate window.
  • Office Documents that are added to existing DocRecord documents using the Add File Action are successfully added to the Workflow.
  • An error message will no longer appear when attempting to delete a User Choice Action that is attached to another Action.
  • When a new workflow is created while another workflow is open in the designer that contains modified Workflow Properties, the newly created workflow will not contain modified Workflow Properties which reflect the Workflow Properties for the previous workflow. Workflow Properties for a new workflow will display the default properties.
  • Document Resources and Properties display within the Resources Panel.
  • Approval Action branch options display in the same order within the Desktop Client as the designer.
  • Category index fields within the Properties List also display within the Resources List.
  • An error message will no longer appear when a Loop Action or a Loop Over Action is deleted from the designer.
  • An error will no longer appear after selecting an eform for the Approval Action within the Desktop Client.
  • Modifications to the settings within the Start Action are saved after exiting the Workflow Properties window.
  • Canceling a User Choice Action or an Approval Action will cancel the associated branches.
  • The Timer Action supports a task set trigger to after a specified amount of time has passed.
  • Repeating Elements within the Merge To Form will no longer push other elements past the margins of the table.
  • The first attempt to Download a case from the Cases Tab will no longer cause an error to appear.
