Enhancements

  • In Desktop Client, added a “Move to Folder” dialogue for “Awaiting Commit” folders. [DR-592]

  • In DocRecord MFP Document Security, documents opened from MFP alerts in Document Viewer will have keywords highlighted. [DR-874]

  • Right-click "Move to Folder" option restored for "Awaiting Commit" folders. [DR-1054]

  • Added a “Workflow Refresh” button next to pagination in Workflow Inbox. [DR-2350]

  • Added a “Document Create” event to the Commit action to be more consistent with the Move action. [DR-2573]

  • The Audit Log now logs Category changes when categories are created, edited, or deleted from the Web Client. [DR-2578]

  • Category audit logs are now displayed on screen in web client. [DR-2581]

  • Added a new display screen for viewing the Category Audit Log in Desktop Client and Server Manager.

    A new context menu has been added for each Category for viewing the related Audit Log. [DR-2582]

  • Cover Sheet Generator dialogue now allows cover sheets to be generated without a naming a policy if a name is specified.  [DR-2638]

  • Added “Tokens” selection list for an Index fields' default Value when creating or modifying a Category. [DR-2640]

  • Cross Reference windows category tabs are now editable and remembered. Cross reference windows share a common ordering. [DR-2666]

  • Fixed an issue where an attempt to purge or restore documents did not properly check user permissions. [DR-592]

  • Fixed an issue where an ampersand (&) in the Index Field Name would not appear in Document Viewer. [DR-806]

  • DocRecord Service - Fixed an issue with DefaultListViewColumns serialization causing an SQL Exception error on login. [DR-2744]

  • Added "Import Category" configuration/definition in Web Client. Now category can be created by importing category settings in a JSON file. [DR-2776]
