How to test the ScanPath FTP site

Open Windows Explorer by going to Start > Computer.
In the Address Bar, type "ftp://server/ScanPath", where server is the IP Address of your server, and hit Enter to browse to the FTP site.
Right click anywhere in the folder and go to New > Folder.
Right click on the New Folder and select Delete.

You should be able to create and delete a folder on the FTP site. If not, please see How to Manually Configure IIS.
