Using Network Folders
If selecting network folders, please ensure that you reference it with standard UNC formatting (e.g. \\server\folder); mapped drives are NOT allowed.
Also, once you have completed the ScanPath Configuration Tool wizard, you must go into the properties of the "ScanPathSvc" Windows service and log on the service as a network user with read and write permissions to that network folder. In addition, that network user must have local administrative privileges over the machine where ScanPath is being installed.
