Url Parameter name: Specified value is not supported for the url parameter

Problem

ScanPath Scan to SharePoint (Online) process fails with the below error:

Failed to process 00206B80A2F3140707094027.tif ERROR = url
Parameter name: Specified value is not supported for the url parameter.

Solution

The Scan to SharePoint Process is likely configured to scan to a Document Library with no Document Folders (i.e., Documents:/).

1. Create a Document Folder within the specified Document Library.
2. Then reconfigure the SharePoint Process for the full path (i.e., Documents:/Scans/).
