Problem

Scan to SharePoint Document Library fails with below error in ScanPath_Log.txt

List 'ListName' does not exist at site https://company.sharepoint.com

Solution

The Document Library may have a forward slash '/" in the name.

  1. Remove the '/' from the Document Library name in SharePoint Online.
  2. Then reconfigure the ScanPath Scan to SharePoint Process.
