Does PrintPath support multiple domain environments?

Yes, PrintPath supports multiple domain environments. In the Settings > LDAP section of the PrintPath admin portal, you may combine multiple LDAP connection strings separated by a semi-colon (including across multiple domains). During the nightly Active Directory synchronization process, each LDAP connection string listed will be evaluated and checked against the PrintPath user database.

In order for PrintPath to work in a multiple domain environment, the service account for the PrintPath Service must have read permissions across all applicable domains. In addition, there must be a two-way trust relationship established between the domain the PrintPath Server is hosted on and any other domains.
