Fix for 0KB PDF Output Error

In certain cases, when using a background image for a form project a 0KB PDF output can happen.

A known resolution is:

1. Open Regedit

2. Navigate to HKLM\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Prism Software\Reformer5

3. Create a DWORD 32-bit value named PdfDistillerBufferSize

4. Set its DECIMAL value to 524288

   1. Default value without this key is 1048576

Note: Applies to DocForm 5.4.0.81 and higher; DocPlus 5.4.0.175 and higher
