Purpose

The purpose of this document is to describe UI changes, new features, and bug fixes in this release version of Prism WorkPath products, including WorkPath DocRecord, WorkPath Desktop, WorkPath Standard and WorkPath Advanced. The items listed below encompass all changes up to the current release build.

  • Added SharePoint “Use App Security” option to SharePoint Online (365) server settings. This allows the software to connect to SharePoint as a SharePoint Add-in Application vs. connecting as a User. This is needed when basic authentication has been disabled on the Azure Tenant. This uses a ClientID and ClientSecret provided during Add-in App registration on the Azure Tenate, instead of username and password.

  • Updated Microsoft OAuth App Client Secret Token which had expired.

WorkPath Desktop and WorkPath Standard

  • Low Quality Print Permission is not being set. This setting only works in 128-bit security (PDF 1.4 or higher). Fixed GUI to reflect that. Now, if security is set to a 40-bit security, the two print options are combined in a single “Allow Print” option.

  • Fixed issue with OneDrive typo on variable name

  • Fixed issue with wrong dialog title in Extract Text Object settings

  • Fixed an issue where the Dev Test Button was visible.

  • Fixed an issue where the “Insert Text at X” only accepted literals.

  • Fixed issue with Search Wait Box not always closing.

  • Fixed issues with Search Highlighting on rotated PDFs and PDF with offset margins.

WorkPath Standard

  • Replaced spaces in column name with underscore when creating variable in the CSV Reader.

  • Added Up/ Down buttons to Workflow manager to allow order sorting of the Workflows.

  • Fixed Form Filler Text Alignment Issue. Fixed issue related to change in Vintasoft library alignment property. Changed algorithm on how placement is calculated.

  • Fixed Form Filler Text orientation issue on PDF pages that have a view orientation that does not match the actual page orientation.

  • Fixed two more related issues. One to deal with calculating placement when view orientation is set to 270 degrees. The second one is to deal with fields that are not lining up due to the media box having top or left override margin defined that are not the normal zero value.

  • Fixed issue with Black and White Redactions with rotated PDFs and PDF with offset margins.

  • Fixed issue with Box Fill Color not setting the transparency based on the selected color. This made transparent color selection not work

  • Fixed issue with Draw Rectangle with rotated PDFs and PDF with offset margins.

  • Fixed issue with Draw Lines with rotated PDFs and PDF with offset margins

  • Added code to normalize PDF rotation to its viewport rotate to prevent issues with drawing on rotate viewport PDFs.
