Welcome to ScanPath

ScanPath converts your documents scanned from the MFP to common usable and editable file formats. No more retyping documents or re-entering data into a spreadsheet.
 
It's easy to use:

• At the MFP user panel, select the type of document to which you want the scanned document converted.
• Enter your or another person's email address, or specify a folder on the network, to which you want the converted file sent.
• Place your documents into the document tray.
• Select "Enter" and you're done. Your documents will automatically be scanned, converted and sent to the email address or folder you selected.

ScanPath accomplishes this conversion through a powerful OCR (optical character recognition) engine that recognizes the text images on a page and converts into editable text.

ScanPath resides on a non-dedicated, local server within the user's organization. A single ScanPath can handle up to 50 separate MFPs. There are no restrictions on the number of users for each MFP using ScanPath; however, each MFP does require a ScanPath license.
