When I launch PrintPath Admin, I see a blank screen

Problem

When you try to launch PrintPath Admin, the internet browser application displays a blank screen with no error message.

Solution

This is typically caused by out-of-date internet browsers. For Internet Explorer, you will need to update to version 10 or higher.
