HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

Problem

When you try to access the DocRecord Web Client, you get an error message that is similar to the following:

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Detailed Error Information

• Error Code: 0x80070003
• Config Error: Cannot read configuration file
• Config File: \\?\C:\inetpub\wwwroot\DocRecord\web.config

Solution

1. Using Windows Explorer, navigate to ".\DocRecord" on the installation CD and manually install the DocRecord Web Client.exe.
