Unable to type text into Google Chrome on Mac OS X
Problem
When using the Google Chrome browser on Mac OS X, users are unable to input text into any text box in DocRecord. This prevents users from being able to logon, perform searches, and update index data.
Solution
Silverlight 5 does not currently support text input into Google Chrome on Mac OS X. A workaround is available by copying/pasting text data into fields, otherwise users are recommended to use Safari or FireFox browser for DocRecord Web access on Mac OS X.
