Problem

When you try to access the Scan To Barcode website, you get an error message that is similar to the following:

Could not load file or assembly 'Neodynamic.WinControls.BarcodeProfessional' or one of its dependencies.  An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.

Solution

  1. From the Start menu, go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, and then choose Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.

  2. Expand your server and click on Application Pool.

  3. Right click on the Application Pool selected during the Scan to Barcode Installation and select Advanced Settings.

  4. Change the Enable 32-Bit Applications property to "True" then click OK.
