DocRecord Document Server service started and then stopped

Problem

The DocRecord Document Server service fails to start.

Refer to the Windows Application Event Log for additional error details.

Possible Solutions

• Cannot open database "DocRecord" requested by the login. The login failed.
• Cannot write to the registry key
