More robust features on Web Client

  • MFP Document Security - Improve useability to access and display permissions for permission roles

  • Admin Role - Enhance Admin UI to extend global properties, relation rules, user permissions, login audits, and more.

  • Improved Workflow - Additional document-driven workflow actions are added for users to quickly process, approve, and access documents and tasks awaiting their approval.

  • Advanced Search - Enhance search results based on index fields including dates and DocRecord categories.

Updated eForm Designer

  • DocRecord’s eForms Designer is a fully integrated electronic form solution. Updated capabilities include conditional processing and triggers, data reviews and approval, eSign, document uploads, and more.

Expansion of ETL and RPA capabilities with Prism WorkPath

  • Easily connect to Prism WorkPath REST API Connector and explore the advanced features of desktop document processing.

  • DocRecord’s ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) function provides additional capabilities for automated document processing such as data extraction with OCR, file and document conversions, document merging, annotations, security, and automated redaction, document and image clean-up and corrections, document serialization, and more.

  • DocRecord incorporates RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to greatly reduce repetitive manual tasks. It allows the creation of automated and reusable processes for tasks such as accounts payable and receivable efforts, billing and invoice processing, check reconciliation and approvals, document validation and merging, loan and claims processing, and more.
