Used for DocRecord database; purchased, installed, and maintained by customer.
If you are using the SQL Server Express Edition, please note that there are various limitations including a database size limit and the inability to scale up in terms of performance. For this reason, the Standard Edition or higher is recommended for use with DocRecord. In addition, when the database size limit of the Express Edition is eventually reached and an upgrade to a full edition of SQL Server is required, the customer shall be solely responsible for performing this upgrade.
If the customer would like Prism to assist with this SQL Server upgrade process, Prism professional services must be purchased as billable hours. If you are licensing under the Server/CAL model then at least 1 CAL license is required for each DocRecord concurrent user.
In a workgroup environment, there is a maximum number of fifteen (15) users permitted.
Refers to a 24 hour processing period. For a daily document volume of more than 50,000 pages, please contact Prism Support.
If SQL is installed on a Separate Database Server, then CPU cores may reduce to 2 or 3 cores.
