Printer Specific Issues
A4 Devices Scan Direction
On A4 devices, documents can only be fed into the document feeder short-side-first. For newer A4 devices, scans that were right-side-up are now sideways. Some devices may contain firmware settings which may be set by Konica Minolta to rectify this issue. If a process includes auto-rotation based on OCR, the user will not experience this issue.

To fix TIF conversion issues, access the MFP settings within the Utility settings.
Within the Utility settings, navigate to the user settings and select the Scan Settings.
