On A4 devices, documents can only be fed into the document feeder only short-side-first. In For newer A4 devices, scans that were right-side-up are now sideways. Some devices have may contain firmware settings that can which may be set by Konica Minolta to rectify this , but not allissue. If a process includes auto-rotation based on OCR, the user will not experience the problemthis issue.
