Note: Some IT4 printers, such as the bizhub 654, may experience issues when converting TIFsthe MFPs are configured to convert to TIFs using non-standard compression.

  1. To fix TIF conversion issues, access the MFP settings within the Utility settings.

  2. Within the Utility settings, navigate to the user settings and select the Scan Settings.

  3. Within the Scan Settings, set the Color TIFF Type to Modified TAG and click OK.
