A4 Devices Scan Direction
On A4 devices, documents can be fed into the document feeder only short-side-first. In newer A4 devices scans that were right-side-up are now sideways. Some devices have firmware settings that can be set by Konica Minolta to rectify this, but not all. If a process includes auto-rotation based on OCR, the user will not experience the problem
