The items listed below encompass all changes up to the current release build.

All

  • When using “User Specified” for the filename of an output connector, t if the name ends with period. That will tell the code not to add the file type extension to the custom name. The period will be trimmed off the end automatically. Otherwise, it will work like it did previously. This is to maintain backwards compatibility. This should be documented for future reference.

  • Fixed issue in SP Folder Browser when OK is clicked and no folder has been selected, causing a NULL reference error. This will now be treated like the Cancel button was pressed.

  • Added Recycle Token to SP OAuth settings

  • Fixed issue where SP Server path is getting appending to the beginning of the folder path when browsing for folder. This is due to the fact the user entered server path does not match the return server path for the folder. So it is unable to detect and strip it. In the https//MyCompany.SharePoint.com is not the save as https://mycompany.sharepoint.com . Add code to do an case-insensitive check which should address the issue.

  • Fixed the code the updates or set metadata fields in SharePoint so that and errors cause by invalid data type will be percolated up to the calling object. Before nothing was logged giving the impression that everything was ok, but the data never updated.

  • Fixed an issue where Emails were not getting marked as “read” after being moved.

  • Improved paging of large folder sets when getting back SharePoint file and folder lists.

  • Added SharePoint oAuth Support to all SharePoint Objects and Output

  • Added SharePoint oAuth Option to Outputs and Server Settings screens. This option is only available when SharePoint 365 is selected.

  • Added SharePoint “Use App Security” option to SharePoint Online (365) server settings. This allows allow the software to connect to SharePoint as a SharePoint Sharepoint Add - in Application vs . connecting as a User. This is needed when basic authentication auth has been disabled on the Azure Tenant. This uses a ClientID and ClientSecret provided provide by during Add -in In App registration on the Azure Tenate , instead of username and password.

  • Updated the Microsoft OAuth App Client Secret Token which had expiredis good for 2 years.

WorkPath Desktop

  • Fixed issue with Search Wait Box not always closing.

  • Fixed issues Search Highlighting with rotated PDFs and PDF with offset margins.

WorkPath Desktop and WorkPath Standard

  • Fixed Bitonal Object to allow “BiTonal Mode” to be set to “Otsu”.

WorkPath Standard

  • Added the ability to set the line terminator on the “Write to File” workflow object.

  • Fixed the “Email Notification” workflow object to use CC and BCC fields.

  • Added configurable “Max Loop Iterations” to the “Loop” workflow object to prevent infinite loop conditions.

  • Added a “While” option to the “Loop” workflow object.

  • Added the ability to start the “Loop Index Value” at zero.

  • Forcefully set the SMTP Port when using OAuth so that it does not have to rely on DNS resolution.

WP- Fixed issue where the “Use Process Info” on the SharePoint Upload object was not getting the settings from the Security Settings Object. This was a problem in the GUI only.

Fixed two more related issues. One to deal with calculating placement when view orientation is set to 270 degrees. The second one is to deal with fields that are not lining up due to the media box having top or left override margin defined that are not the normal zero value.
