Problem

When you try to install the DocRecord Server / Database and SQL Server, you get an error message that is similar to the following:

A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the login process. (provider: Shared Memory Provider, error: 0 - No process is on the other end of the pipe.)

Solution

1. Using Microsoft SQL Management studio, login as a SQL Administrator and grant access to the Windows Account you are trying to install DocRecord under.
