Added database changes to the installer for DocRecord v7. [DRDT-129, DRDT-130, DRDT-137]

Added the ability to sort of columns in "Document Version History" window in DocRecord. [DRDT-12]
Desktop client now checks twice at the end of installation to see if explorer.exe is running and tries different methods of restarting it on each check. [DRDT-126]
Added the ability for DocRecord external users to reset their own passwords. [DRDT-10]
