(1) Customers with active PrintPath maintenance contracts extending beyond July 31, 2021 are eligible after that date for a prorated refund of the unused portion of their prepaid maintenance upon the cessation of Prism-provided maintenance on July 31, 2021. Prism reserves the sole right to extend the End of Maintenance Support to a date after July 31, 2021 and, in such an event, the prorated refund date and policy would also be adjusted accordingly.
