  1. From the Windows START button type inetmgr and hit ENTER

  2. Navigate to Default Web Site

  3. From the Actions pane on the right select ‘Bindings’ from the ‘Edit Site’ tab (labeled 1 in screenshot below)

  4. Select port 443 from the list of ‘Site Bindings’ (labeled 2 in screenshot). If port 443 is not listed it will need to be added by using the ‘Add…’ button (labeled 4 in screenshot)

  5. Click Edit to configure (labeled 3 in screenshot)

  6. Using the dropdown, select the appropriate certificate

    1. NOTE: there may be more than one certificate listed. Use the “View” button to determine if you have the correct certificate selected (check expiration date).

    2. NOTE: ensure the the Host name field remains blank.

  7. Click OK / Close to return to IIS page.

  8. RESTART website by using the ‘Restart’ action listed under the ‘Manage Website’ section.

  9. From the Windows START button type services.msc and hit ENTER to open the Windows Services Manager window. Restart the DocRecord Document Service.

  10. Complete
