1. Open the Capture Server Administrator (Start > Programs > Prism Software > Capture Server Administrator).
   
   
2. Go to Help > About and click the Retrieve License from Web link.
   Enter in your provided “DocRecord Capture Server” CD Key along with your registration information (make sure you have an active internet connection).
   Click OK; you should then receive your license key over the web.  Click note down the "Product ID" value.
   
   
3. Send an email to support@prismsoftware.com, requesting an offline license key for the DocRecord Capture Server.  Please provide the following information as part of the email message:
   
   
   1. Product ID (noted earlier in Step 2)
   2. CD Key for DocRecord Capture Server
   3. Company Name
   4. Contact Name
   5. Contact Email Address
   6. Zip/Postal Code of Installation Location
   7. Reseller (if applicable)
4. You should receive a reply containing an offline license key.  Please copy this entire license key from the email and paste it into the "Serial" field, and then click Apply to apply the license key, and then .  Then click Close to exit the licensing "About" window.
