Unknown Message

Problem

When accessing ScanPath from the MFP Panel, you get a screen that shows the following:

UnknownMessage

Solution

This issue can occur if the ScanPath services are started out of order, or if they are not in sync with each.  Please follow the steps below to fix this:

  1. In the Windows Services list, stop the following services:
    1. ScanPathSvc
    2. ScanPath KMBS Service

  2. Open the Windows Task Manager, and end the following processes (if they are still running):
    1. ScanPath Server Service.exe
    2. ScanPathKmbsSvc.exe

  3. In the Windows Services list, start the following services (in order):
    1. ScanPathSvc
    2. ScanPath KMBS Service
