Scan to SharePoint Configuration

The SharePoint Configuration page allows you to configure and specify SharePoint scan locations.

  1. Enter the SharePoint Server, Username, and Password then click Connect.

If you enable "Use as Login for all SharePoint Scans", ScanPath will use provided credentials for ALL scans to SharePoint regardless of the user at the panel. The Username and Password fields will disappear from the Scan to SharePoint process.

If "Use as Login for all SharePoint Scans" is NOT enabled, the user will have to enter their username and password for each scan; otherwise, the scan will not be uploaded to SharePoint.

If your SharePoint Server is running on Office 365, please enable "Office 365 Server".

  2. Under Document Libraries, double click on the desired library.
  3. Under Document Folders, browse to the desired folder.
  4. Click the Add button to use selected path.

  5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for all desired scan locations.

The maximum number of Preset Scan Locations allows is 18.

  6. When you have finished adding all preset scan locations, click Save.

You will need to use a service account for the ScanPathSvc service; please see Using Network Folders.
