Managing Panel Process Profiles
Panel Process Profiles allow you to configure different ScanPath processes to meet different configuration requirements by Users, Groups, or Machines.
- Creating a new Panel Process Profile

- Assigning a User to a Panel Process Profile
- Assigning a Group to a Panel Process Profile
- Assigning an MFP to a Panel Process Profile
Profile Permissions Precedence
The profile permissions precedence is User Profile, Group Profile, Machine Profile, then Default Profile.
EXAMPLE #1: User is assigned to specific User Profile, but also happens to be in a Group Profile. The MFP panel display will adhere to User Profile settings.
EXAMPLE #2: User is assigned to Group Profile. The MFP panel display will adhere to Group Profile settings.
EXAMPLE #3: User is unassigned and is scanning on a device that has a Machine Profile assigned to it. The MFP panel display will adhere to Machine Profile settings.
EXAMPLE #4: User is unassigned and device does not have a profile. The MFP panel display will adhere to the Default Profile settings.
